The Buick Envision may only be a few years old, but it is already set to get a makeover. Recently, Buick showed off some of the changes for the upcoming 2019 Buick Envision, most notably its new exterior design elements.
The refreshed Buick Envision will feature a “flying wing” grille that matches the style changes happening throughout the Buick lineup. It will also have a new, sculpted front fascia and winged headlights. On the back end, the Envision will wear a streamlined look with new taillights, side markers, and reflectors. There will also be a new 19-inch tire option.
“Some of the 2019 Envision’s most notable changes are the results of listening to our customers,” said Envision chief engineer Elizabeth Pilibosian. “Beneath the updated exterior are a number of changes guided by a goal of offering the most pleasant and refined driving experience possible.”
Beyond the exterior design, the Envision gets a few changes you can’t see. Its optional turbocharged 2.0-liter engine will now come with a nine-speed automatic transmission. This will improve its output to 295 lb-ft of torque.
Inside, the Envision will come with a newer wireless charging station, an improved hands-free microphone, quicker warming on the heated seats, and an improved visibility angle on the rearview camera.
Here at Trent Buick GMC, we can’t wait until this new and improved Buick Envision model arrives at our dealership.
